Hard coated 6mm low-e glass
On-line Low-E glass is manufactured by on-line Chemical Vapor Deposition process. The precursor chemicals, mainly tin oxide, are vaporized and inlet on the hot glass surface at a temperature of 600-700° C, then they react and deposit on glass, as a part of the glass. This provides the coated glass with excellent fabrication characteristics.
The glass can be easily handled, cut and tempered with excellent durability, and no edge deletion and no any special treatment for IGU.

In winter, the Low-E coating is a function to allow solar heat radiation into the room to increase the indoor's temperature, and reflects the indoor heat, the heat from home appliances and human body back to prevent heat loss so as to effectively improve energy efficiency.

In summer, the coating will reduce the amount of re-radiated heat into the building thereby keeping indoor cooler. Total heat gain is reduced.
